In a foreshadowing of what's likely to happen when Obama loses the only poll that matters...the vote on November 4...it didn't take long for a columnist in Obama's hometown media, to blame, not the candidate's wife, but the American people, for not liking her.

Michelle Obama is being stereotyped

I'm not surprised that whites have an unfavorable view of Michelle Obama, but it's their problem, not hers.

After all, what is there not to like about Barack Obama's wife. She is attractive, well educated, and family oriented. In fact, Michelle Obama seems to possess all of the qualities white conservatives are supposed to admire.

She has found a way to balance her professional life with her family, and puts family first. She has been involved in many civic activities, and frankly, Michelle is the kind of woman who finds going to her daughter's soccer game a lot more enjoyable than attending a celebrity-studded soiree.

But a recent poll found that Michelle Obama is twice as disliked as John McCain's wife, Cindy, and that "whites" have an unfavorable view of Michelle.

Does this sound familiar with what was said when Senator Obama got his butt kicked by the people of West Virginia.

"...There is something wrong with West Virginians..." claims Obama zealot

Here's an interesting letter in today's Houston Chronicle from an Obama zealot

...As an African-American, I am a bit demoralized by Dowd's suggestion that Obama needs to do something to appease West Virginia and other voters who voted against the black guy because he's black. There is nothing Obama can do to make up for the generational beliefs that blacks are different from whites and shouldn't hold traditionally white positions, be it jobs or elected office. This has nothing to do with Jeremiah Wright or Michelle Obama, and for those who are making it a reason, it only demonstrates their beliefs that no black deserves the benefit of the doubt.

Hillary Clinton has lied and pandered (Bosnia sniper fiasco and gas tax), and John McCain is supporting economic polices that are not in their interest.

Instead of saying there is something wrong with Obama, why not acknowledge that there is something wrong with West Virginians and other low-income, blue-collar whites who refuse to give Obama a fair hearing?

The Obamatrons need to accept at least 70 million Americans will NOT be voting for Mr and Mrs Obama and its because:

1) The junior senator from Chicago has no experience, no judgment, no integrity

2) The junior senator's wife offers a vision of America where Government intervenes in every aspect of our lives whether we want it to help or not.

Period.

Don't forget applying the logic that everyone who criticizes the Obamas is a racist leads to some interesting results. Take a look at how the so-called progressive left is turning on the Senator for his flip-flop on FISA . Does that make them racists? No.Look how the President of Libya has turned against Obama. Does that make him a racist? No. What about the top primate in Uganda who today ripped Obama for his views on gay marriage. Again not a racist.

The Obama-loving mainstream media should stop the race-baiting...trying to convince non-African Americans that failure to fall in love with the Obamas means you must be a racist. Its a calculated ploy. It can't help Obama and my guess it can only hurt him while making the next few months needlessly unpleasant for the American people.
